2007 CAMPUS BUILDING PROGRAM

BREAKWATER BARRIERS NEEDED!

(Above) This diagram will help to show our fencing and breakwater projects. The breakwater barriers will protect the beachfront side of the property from trespassers.

The fencing has been completed for all except the right end of the land. It is a combination of concrete block walls, cyclone/barbed wire and 12 foot bamboo posts. (Three feet below the ground and nine feet above.) The bamboo posts  fence the part of the land that is under water during high tides as bamboo does not deteriorate in salt water as metal fencing does.

BREAKWATER BARRIERS STILL NEEDED & WILL ADD TO OUR LAND

TheBreakwater barriers will also stop further beach erosion and actually begin to return the sand. We can legally reclaim all this beachfront up to 60 feet out from our property line by using the Breakwater
barriers! Since our ocean frontage is more than 1,500 feet, we could eventually increase our
land by 90,000 sq. ft. and that is a big bonus in addition to the security advantages.

Step 1:  Point B - C  $24,000

Step 2:  Point A - B $12,000

$36,000 NEEDED FOR THIS PROJECT!

MANAPLA STAFF RESIDENCE

Architect's Concept of the 5 Bedroom
Staff Residence  at our Campus

COMPLETION: MAY 2007

I took this long view from the Bible Training Center to show the proximity of the staff residence to our private road and Bible school. (Orange container vans obstruct the view.)

The front porch (center will have 3 steps and lots of landscaping all around the front of the residence, when the construction is completed.

The rear of the residence from the side nearest the Training Center. To the right, room where the male workers will sleep. At center area is the living room. Beyond the yellow cement mixer is Vicky's room, my office and bedroom at the end.

A closer look at the progress on Vicky's room (right), my office (middle) and my bedroom (end.) They were ready to pour the floors in Vicky's bedroom and bathroom when we visited. Soon the roofing tiles will be installed.

This is Vicky's room standing at the rear of the house and her bathroom and closet is at the far end.

View of the back (middle) of the house where the living room is, with Vicky's bedroom on the left side of photo.

My bedroom from the side of the property that has the extreme sloop. Much fill soil is needed here.

At the front of this side is the female worker's room and bathroom, as well as a portion of my bathroom and closet.

From the inside of the kitchen where the floor has already been poured. Behind me is the laundry room and the hallway to the guest room and men worker's quarters.

Back and side of the building that will house our men workers, a guest room and, in the front, the laundry area. The concrete floors were being poured in all these rooms.

AUGUST 24, 2005

Front view of house. Note, grading and filling need to be done around the house. About 4-5 feet of fill in the front of the house. Floors begin about 5 feet up. The front entrance, will have 3 steps. The opening is where the floor will be.

View from left side, front. You can estimate that the floors on the inside begin about 4-5 feet from the ground. Much landscaping will be needed  in the front of the house and side due to the sloop of the property.

Side view, with (front to back) laundry, men worker's room and guest room. Only about 2 feet of land fill will be needed on this side. Roof framing has begun, as shown here.

From left back side of house, looking to the far right back. Nearest room is the guest room. Far rooms are Vicky's room, Wanda's office and Wanda's bedroom.

Looking from right back side of house to the left, where the living room, kitchen and dining nook will be at the back of the house. You cannot see the sliding glass door opening to the living room from these pictures.

Looking at the far right, back side of the house with Wanda's office and bedroom (farthest room.) The floor inside starts about 3 feet off the ground here. There will be a sliding glass door in Wanda's bedroom.

Right side, back of the house, where Wanda's bedroom and bath are. Here the sloop requires lots of fill and retaining walls. This view makes it look like a two story structure but it is not.

Right side of the house. Front area is the female worker's room and bath area. We had to put in extra supports here. We will have a carport (far right) under the girl's rooms.

Right side, front view. The car port (opening at the bottom) and above, the girl's rooms. Far right is the front entrance which extends out. More retaining walls will protect the front part of the right side, as well.

Right side, front view brings us back to the front of the house. The house is approximately 361 sq. meters (3,890 sq. feet) without the decking which will be added at a later time.

            MARCH 2005 - CAMPUS UPDATE:

NEW IRON GATE & FENCING COMPLETED

(Left) The new iron gate with small side door entry was completed in October 2004. Over half
of the campus property (one hectare) is now enclosed. Only the long seacoast to the far North will not be fenced or walled until the proposed Breakwater barriers are added.

In April 2005, we plan to build the 5 Bedroom Staff Residence.

(Right) The classroom and offices are housed in this building. In April 2003 the building and rest- rooms were completed! Also, Phase I of the 3 Phase electrical Transformer was installed!

In June 2005, we will construct the first Student Dormitory.

             A LOOK INSIDE THE BUILDING:

Me in the Classroom. Classes resumed January 6, 2003.

Our office also doubles as our student library right now.

PROGRESS IN 2003!

I am so proud of our workers (most are alumni)
and the work of love they did on the building
landscaping and finishing.

We will install an iron gate and a sign with our name at
the road. Then, we begin to build our staff home!
We have $35,000 and need about $30,000 more.

APRIL - JULY 2000 -  HIGHLIGHTS

REJOICE WITH US  - THIS LAND IS OURS!

The way the Lord enabled us to buy this glorious property is truly miraculous. He provided the money in less than a month! The land is  21,125 sq. meters (5 acres) or 227,305 sq. ft. There is more than 1,534 ft. of sea front which makes it a very desirable and cool place to build our campus.

Part of our new property North of Bacolod. (Above) This is looking North and our land continues around the corner. The island to the left is also ours and we will use it as a place to pray and meditate!

Looking North, this photo was taken from the Southern-most point on the ocean side of the property. It is so lovely and peaceful there.
